Public Relations Protocol

It is the responsibility of every Essex Rotarian to take on the responsibility of looking for Public Relations opportunities for the following:

-  Fund Raising Events
-  Service Project Events
-  Charities Project Committee Activities
-  Prominent Speakers
-  New Member awareness
-  General Club awareness

For every Committee Chair with in our Organization chart, an Essex Rotarian must be assigned the responsibility to get some kind of public acknowledgement for our events and activities.  Public Relations can include any of the following:

- A photo opportunity
- Physical presentation at an Essex Rotary Club meeting
- Newspaper recognition
- Television recognition
- For any media attention that any of our Essex Rotarians receive, it is encouraged and most appreciated if we could all remember to mention Essex Rotary.
