Essex parent of Andrew Black seeking waiting period after gun purchase

Alyssa and Rob Black lost their son Andrew to suicide this winter.  In his obiturary, they asked that Vermont consider instituting a waiting period after purchase of a gun.  This line in Andrew's obit has led to the family's involvement with the Vermont Legislature.  Alyssa will help us understand what she and Rob are trying to do and insights into progress made to date.
